Villa Soggiorno sul Mare is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday on the sea. Located in Sori, a medieval village ‎in the area of Genoa. Villa Soggiorno sul Mare is a 45sqm flat adjacent to the main villa. The flat has its own independent entry, its own air conditioning system and a garden/solarium overlooking the sea.

The main building which hosts Villa sul Mare is of historical relevance. It iused to belong to coffee importer and entrepreneur Emilio Jesi, who happened also to be one of the main Italian art collectors. Him and his wife donated their whole art possessions to Pinacoteca di Brera.

We opened Villa sul Mare more than 10 years ago. Sori is 12km far from Genoa, and it is 5,000-inhabitants' ancient fishermen's village. It is believed that the name Sori" is of Greek origins and that it derives from the word "Soros" (cave). This could refer to the shape of the gulf once approached from the sea.

Our B&B overlooks Golfo Paradiso, one of the most suggestive areas of the Riviera Ligure. It is situated only meters away from the local train station and a short 5-minute walk form the beach.

Villa Soggiorno sul Mare offers the perfect accommodation for families and anyone who wishes to ‎spend time in a region that can mix tradition and modernity.
